There are 5 types of users here:

1. Guest - guest must login to become Readers --  login is Readers and password is reader
2. Read-Only: can add comment
3. Read-Write: can edit Pages, for more must request password using the password listed in your copy of the book
4. Read-Write-Modify : can add new Pages, upload content, all  kinds of powers :)
5  Admin: can create secret pages
